Seeing the future of Federal regulations

If you want to see whether a Federal agency plans to issue regulations,
look in the agency’s Semiannual Regulatory Agenda, which will summarize the rules
and proposed rules the agency expects to issue during the next six months.   Or you can look in the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, which compiles the various Semiannual Agendas.   A new “Agendas” section in the Federal Regulations entry tells you where you can find both Semiannual and Unified Agendas when you need them.
