The Restyled Federal Rules of Evidence

I got a nifty booklet in the mail comparing the current Federal Rules of Evidence to the “restyled” rules that go into effect on December 1st.   The “restyling” is supposed to make the Rules easier to understand without changing the meaning, and the booklet — creatively named Restyled Federal Rules of Evidence — will make it easier to figure out just what was changed and why.    I wrote the booklet into a new section of the Federal Rules of Evidence entry called, “Restyled Rules.”
