New name and more uses for Lexis/ProQuest Congressional

I changed “Lexis Congressional” to “ProQuest Congressional” to reflect the new name in the Federal Legislative History, Congressional Record and Congressional Reports entries.  I also added ProQuest Congressional to the Federal Register entry (covering 1977 to present) and to the  “Historical Editions” section of the Code of Federal Register entry (editions available back to 1981).

  1. I also added the relevant ProQuest databases to the Congressional Prints and Statutes at Large entries.
