Maryland Power of Attorney forms

Don’t look in a form book for a Maryland Power of Attorney form, it won’t be worth the paper it’s printed on.  The only POA forms with legal authority in Maryland are the statutory forms you can get for free in Title 17 of the Estates and Trusts Article of the Maryland Code.    I added a “Power of Attorney forms” section to the Maryland – Other Useful Information entry so people in other states will know to use the statutory forms.
