Free source for franchise documents

If you need sample franchise documents on a budget of $0, I recommend the Cal-EASI database, which provides free access to documents filed with the California Department of Corporations.   I couldn’t search directly for the documents I needed (Lease Addendums), but I was able to get good enough results by adding the Cal-EASI IP address to a Google search (e.g., “Lease Addendum site:http://134.186.208.228/”).   Anyway, Cal-EASI is now included in the Franchise entry, along with the fee-based franchise document retrieval services.
