Federal Jury Instructions section revised

This week I revised the “Federal Jury Instructions” section of the Jury Instructions entry.  I combined the information on civil and criminal instructions since most of it was the same, and I combined the print and web resources so people can see both and choose whichever is more convenient.   I also added a link to jury instructions used by individual district courts or individual judges, rather than all the courts and judges in a Circuit.
