Wyoming Statutes — free, online and annotated

I think every state makes its statutory code available online for free, but Wyoming is the only state I know that makes its annotated statutory code available for free.   Impressive.   I added a link to the Wyoming  Statutes Annotated into the Wyoming entry even before I had time to wonder why every state doesn’t do this.

  1. I found out that the Wisconsin legislature also posts a free free annotated code, which I promptly added to the Wisconsin entry.

  2. Tracy Leming says:

The free version of the Colorado statutes is annotated, although the search interface is terrible: http://www.michie.com/colorado/

    • Andy Zimmerman says:

Thanks, Tracy! I went right in and added the Michie site to the Colorado entry. Michie does the Maryland Code too, but we don’t get annotations. Annoyed
