Giving O’Connor’s Federal Rules their due

O’Connor’s Federal Rules: Civil Trials by Jones McClure Publishing packs a lot of court rules into a compact but legible softcover deskbook.   I added it to the lists of sources for the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and the rules of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.  I also added O’Connor’s Federal Criminal Rules & Codes as a source for the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.   These books compare favorably to West’s rules pamphlets; the Jones McClure books are cheaper, and they include commentary and annotations for the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure and Evidence.
