A welcome source for delisted company stock prices
While historical stock prices are readily available from a number of free sites, the pickings get mighty slim for a company that has been delisted from its stock exchange. One welcome new source with delisted company stock prices is Bloomberg Law, … Continue reading
New rules for Comfort Letters
A company that wants to issue securities generally needs a ”Comfort Letter” from an auditor saying that the company’s books are o.k. I edited the Comfort Letters entry to reflect new AICPA rules for Comfort Letters issued in October 2011, and to introduce new rules for … Continue reading
Document delivery on steroids
Most document delivery services work out of a particular library (think NYPL Premium Services or the Document Supply Center at the British Library), but I just added a new company to the Document Delivery Services entry called Documentis (formerly BioDox) … Continue reading

Treatises added to the “Family Law,” “Valuing a Business” and “Joint Ventures” entries
I added Equitable Distribution of Property and Frumkes on Divorce Taxation to the Family Law entry, Tom West’s Valuing a Business to the Valuing a Business entry, and a whole paragraph of useful treatises to the Joint Ventures entry.
Safety data for drugs and medical devices
I added “Safety” sections to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices entries. They contain the relevant FDA databases and two new private resources, AdverseEvents and Clarimed, which make it easy to look up adverse effects reports for drugs and medical devices, respectively.

Week in Review: Holiday Edition
Happy holidays! I didn’t do the best job keeping track of my edits this week, but new stuff includes: District of Columbia – Judicial Branch entry — Added the Daily Washington Law Reporter’s Opinions on Demand Service as a source for D.C. Superior Court Decisions … Continue reading
