I’ve been meaning to add several useful sources for Connecticut legal materials, and I finally got around to it. Highlights include:
- The free case “Look-ups” posted by the State for searching and retrieving docket sheets and case information, plus Court PC of Connecticut, a commercial service with older cases;
- The Session Laws Library on HeinOnline for Acts going all the way back to 1776; and
- Three places to call for questions about Connecticut legislation — the General Assembly’s Bill Room (860-240-0333), the General Assembly’s Legislative Library (860-240-8888), and the Law and Legislative Reference division of the Connecticut state law library (860-757-6590) .
