More info and sources for Comptroller General decisions

The Comptroller General is the head of the Government Accountability Office, and the Comptroller General’s legal staff issues decisions that are important for researching certain government contracts issues.   I expanded the “Comptroller General Decisions” section of the Government Accountability Office entry as part of a larger project to improve the coverage of government contracts law in the Guide.    Research tip: Use the Advanced Search on the Comptroller General’s web site for pretty good searching through the most comprehensive collection of published and unpublished decisions.
